Our poly welders are all highly experienced in the systems of plastic fabrication. They are all class ‘A’ welders (500+ welds). They have tickets to P.I.P.A. (Plastics Industry Pipe Association) guidelines: • PMBWELD 301B (Butt Welding) • PMBWELD 302B (Electrofusion Welding) • PMBWELD 309B (Extrusion Welding) Dalkeith Plastics Pty Ltd welders are proficient in Single Low Pressure welding and Single High Pressure welding. Our team are competent and ticketed in other associated fields that enhance our ability to complete a range of different projects. They have all worked in isolated environments for long periods to complete essential projects. When required, they have carried out night work/weekend work at minimal notice without complaint. Negotiating and problem solving are skills engrained in the team. Every job requires these skills and a high level of communication with the client to maximise the efficiency of completing the task. The ability to read isometric/3D concept drawings, site plans and chainage drawings allows a comprehensive understanding of each job and easy communication between Engineers, Project Supervisors and Site Supervisors.
